Dear Friend of the Polish Gift of Life Inc.
Over many years the Polish Gift of Life Inc. has
contributed toward giving children with
congenital heart defects The Gift of Life.
Over 330 children from newborn to 17 years old have received the
Gift of Life.
This year's fundraising luncheon will be held on Sunday,
November 20,2011 at Verdi's of
Westbury, 680 Old Country Road, Westbury, New York. We
will be having a raffle and are
asking for a donation or gift toward the
raffle. Your donation will be properly acknowledged
and is tax deductible.
Should you wish to contribute a raffle gift, it would be
